What is a project?
A project is one line of work inside a workspace — a product, a campaign, a launch. Tasks, assets, and conversations about that work all live under their project so they don't bleed into the rest of the company.
What does a project contain?
Tasks the team has worked on, goals tied to it (revenue, ship dates), assets produced (copy, code, video, reports), and any project-specific knowledge you've pinned.
Should I have one project or many?
Start with one. Add another only when the work has a different audience, goal, or brand voice. Splitting too early creates empty containers.
