Dev (the AI CTO) can build and ship:

Web

  • Landing pages and marketing sites
  • Full web applications (React / Next.js / Vue) with auth, databases, and payments
  • Static sites, dynamic SaaS dashboards, internal tools

APIs and backends

  • REST and tRPC endpoints
  • Webhooks for integrations
  • Background jobs and scheduled tasks

Integrations

  • Stripe checkout and subscription billing
  • GitHub (repo creation, PR / issue automation)
  • Slack / Telegram / iMessage notifications
  • Email senders (transactional and marketing)

Mobile is supported in a limited form — Dev can ship a mobile-friendly web app, and Progressive Web App packaging. Native iOS / Android binaries are not in scope today.

Things Dev does not build:

  • Hardware firmware
  • Native game engines / Unity / Unreal projects
  • Anything that requires manual platform certification (App Store reviews, FDA approval, etc.) — Dev can write the code but the certification step is on the chairman.

Every shipped project comes with a live URL the chairman can click; nothing is delivered as a "trust me, it works" PR. If Dev says it shipped, Dev verified it shipped.
