How much should I fund?
Start with $50/mo for Astra and workspace credits. For each supported agent, you can either connect your own subscription or use it through Tycoon only when needed.
Do I have to hire employees?
No. Every company comes with a full AI team from day one — CEO, CFO, CMO, CTO, Research, Content, SEO, Video, Counsel. Add custom employees anytime.
What exactly does my Company Wallet cover?
Three things, one wallet: (1) Astra and your AI team's work, (2) per-task agent usage when you use Claude Code, Codex, Lovable, Manus, or Higgsfield through Tycoon, (3) approved real-world spend such as ads, SaaS, and contractors. Your connected external subscriptions remain yours.
What happens when the Wallet runs low?
You have two options, and you choose. Turn on auto top-up and we automatically add funds when your balance drops below your threshold — your team keeps working without interruption. Or set a monthly cap instead, and the company pauses at the limit until you manually add credits. Either way, nothing is lost — all tasks, conversations, and work stay where they are.
Will you ever charge me more than I allow?
Never. You set the rules — a monthly cap or auto top-up threshold. Nothing spends outside them.
Can I see where every dollar went?
Yes. Your Wallet page shows every expense, itemized by category and by who used it. Download a monthly statement anytime.
Can I use my own Claude Code, Codex, Lovable, Manus, or Higgsfield subscription?
Yes. Each supported agent has two modes: Use my own subscription, or Use through Tycoon. Tycoon usage is included in your credits: pay per task, not another subscription.
Can I set spending alerts or approval rules?
Yes. We alert you at 80% by default. You can also require approval for any expense above a threshold you set — e.g. 'ask before any tool purchase over $20.'
