What gets stored and for how long

What Tycoon keeps:

What Tycoon keeps:

  • Chat history with Astra and the team — kept for the lifetime of the workspace; visible to the chairman in the chat view.
  • Tasks and their threads — kept indefinitely; archived tasks collapse out of the main view but remain searchable.
  • Deliverables (assets, deployed sites, generated documents) — kept indefinitely; chairman can delete via the asset view.
  • Memory — facts, lessons, and rules the team has learned about the chairman, the company, or how to work better. Kept indefinitely; chairman can review and delete entries.

What Tycoon does not keep:

  • Browser session cookies or third-party tracking IDs beyond what's needed to keep the chairman logged in.
  • Raw model prompts or responses outside of the chat thread that the chairman sees — there is no shadow log of "what the model actually saw".

Deletion: the chairman can delete the workspace from settings, which removes all of the above. Deletion is permanent — Tycoon does not keep recovery copies past a brief operational window.

Privacy: nothing in the workspace is shared with other workspaces or used to train models the chairman doesn't see.
