What you see
Open the Task Card. The status pill still says In progress, the thread shows the teammate posted some messages — and then nothing. No new messages, no completion, no fail. The deliverable is half-finished.
How to use it
- Read the last message in the thread. If it ends with a question, type your answer in the thread reply box and press Enter — the teammate picks up where they paused.
- If there's no question, post: "Keep going. Same plan." They'll resume.
- If the thread says a connector dropped, open Settings → Connectors, reconnect the one shown, then post "Try again."
- Wait 20–30 seconds — sometimes there's a small gap between steps.
- Still nothing? Open the … menu in the Task Card header, click Cancel task, then re-create the task with the same brief in chat. Anything posted in the old thread carries over as context.
- If none of this works, message Astra in the CEO chat — she loops in support.
How the team coordinates around this
Astra watches every active task. If a teammate freezes for too long, she'll post in the chat panel proactively asking what you want to do.
