The AI stopped working on a Task and will not continue. What do I do?
Check its row in Work. In progress is only the Task lifecycle; Work does not claim live motion unless there is fresh evidence. Paused means a named wait or explicit hold. A legacy Blocked row also does not automatically mean you must act.
What if it's a connector issue?
If Work or Astra names a connector problem, open Settings → Connectors, reconnect it, then open the Task and tell Astra "Try again."
Still nothing?
Open the Task from Work and ask Astra for its latest verified evidence, remaining gap, and next step. If Astra truly needs an answer, approval, credential, or payment, one live Needs you request appears on the parent Task. Otherwise she should diagnose, resume, wait for a named condition, or end the same Task without asking you to manage child work.
