Tycoon Agent's email

Tycoon Agent's email gives the workspace a real AgentMail inbox that Tycoon Agent can use for customer replies, outreach, support triage, and task follow-up. It is separate from Tycoon system emails and from a user's connected Gmail account.

When should I use it?

Use connected Gmail or Outlook first when the user wants messages to come from their own personal or company mailbox. Use Tycoon Agent's email when the user wants Tycoon Agent to have a dedicated workspace inbox, or when there is no connected mailbox and the user approves opening one.

Turning on Tycoon Agent's email is explicit and costs a small monthly amount per provisioned inbox plus a small per-email charge from the company wallet.

What is the default address?

Settings can turn on a default @agentmail.to address for the workspace. Once enabled, the address is active immediately and can receive replies.

How do I set up a custom domain?

Users can set up astra@their-domain.com from the same Tycoon Agent email area in Settings.

Tycoon first creates the custom domain in AgentMail. AgentMail returns the DNS records needed for MX, SPF, DKIM, and related verification. If the domain is hosted by Tycoon through Namefi, Tycoon writes those DNS records automatically. If the domain is hosted elsewhere, Tycoon opens Entri to write the exact records once, or shows manual DNS records as a fallback.

Entri does not give Tycoon a reusable registrar authorization token. It is a one-time guided DNS setup for the records sent into that Entri session. Future DNS edits are automatic only for domains hosted by Tycoon/Namefi.

Tycoon Agent's email is configured in settings overview.
