In Tycoon Agent, tell her the outcome you want: "$10K MRR by the end of Q3," "rank on page one for our core keyword," or "ship the iOS app in two weeks."
Tycoon Agent creates or updates one Task for the outcome. The Task owns its current success criteria; planning and numbered child Tasks stay inside it. You can start vague and let Tycoon Agent propose a measurable acceptance bar.
FAQ
Q: What makes a good outcome?
A: A result you care about plus enough evidence to know whether it worked. A deadline or metric helps when it is meaningful, but Tycoon Agent can wait for evidence before forcing a bad measure.
Q: Can I edit it later?
A: Yes. Tell Tycoon Agent what changed. She updates the Task's versioned success criteria and re-evaluates the same Task rather than creating a parallel Goal or Project.
Q: Can I create a Task directly from the Tasks board?
A: Yes. Use the New task button at the top of the Tasks board (an empty board opens this composer for you), write your request, and pick who should do it. The default is Tycoon Agent; you can instead choose another agent, a bare engine, or one of your paired computers — the engine comes with that choice, and a Model control appears if the runner takes one (see choose the engine and model). The Task is created when you send your first message.
See task lifecycle for what happens after the outcome Task is created.
