You can ask the AI team to edit any document — a report, a strategy doc, a blog draft, or a company note — directly from CEO chat. Mention what you want changed, and the team updates the doc in place.

How it works

In CEO chat, reference the document and describe the change you want. For example: "Add a section on pricing to the competitive analysis doc" or "Rewrite the intro of the launch plan to be more direct." Astra routes the request to the right team member, who reads the current doc, applies your changes, and saves the updated version. The doc's revision history preserves every version so nothing is lost.

What kinds of changes can I request?

Add new sections, rewrite existing content, fix errors, update numbers or dates, change tone or audience, restructure the flow, or merge information from multiple sources. The team works from the current doc content and applies your specific instructions.

Where to see the result

The updated doc appears at the same link. Open it to review the changes. The revision history — accessible from the doc viewer — shows every saved version with timestamps, so you can compare before and after or revert if needed.

For how to create documents from scratch, see the company knowledge and docs guide.
