How to add funds to the wallet

You can add funds to your Company Wallet at any time. The team draws from this balance as they work.

You can add funds to your Company Wallet at any time. The team draws from this balance as they work.

How to top up

Go to Settings > Wallet and click Add funds. Pick the amount — there is no minimum or maximum. The amount lands in your wallet immediately and shows up in your transaction log.

When you might need to top up

Your monthly usage budget covers your typical workload. If you run a large project or a burst of heavy tasks that goes through the budget faster than usual, a manual top-up keeps the team running without waiting for the next cycle.

Auto top-up

By default, the wallet auto-adds $25 when the balance drops below $5. You can adjust the threshold or turn it off in Settings > Wallet. This keeps the team from pausing mid-task.

What top-up credits are

Top-up credits are separate from your monthly budget. They never expire and stay on the balance until the team uses them. When a task runs, the system spends budget credits first, then falls back to top-up credits.
