Who's on the team? Every workspace starts with Astra, your AI CEO and coordinator. Agents and Agent Teams are available in Market, but they are not installed or activated automatically. Hire only the outcome-specific capability you want; hiring itself does not start work.
What can I hire? Market offers focused capabilities rather than a default C-suite. Examples include:
- X Manager - Daily X posts, replies, and reporting
- SEO Content Writer - Published, search-optimized articles
- Campaign Manager - End-to-end marketing campaigns
- Metrics Analyst - KPI reporting grounded in current data
- Website Maintenance Manager - Bugs, small changes, deploys, and smoke checks
- Contract Risk Reviewer - Clause-cited risk review with a clear human-counsel boundary
- Software Delivery Team and other Agent Teams - One Lead coordinates the specialists required for the outcome
How do I bring someone in? Open Market and explicitly hire an Agent or Agent Team, then tell Astra the outcome. Astra creates or reuses the parent Task, then either leads delivery herself or routes it to the selected Team's Lead. That Lead may assign numbered child Tasks to specialists. Astra remains your only conversation.
When does Astra use a Team? Only when a suitable Team is installed and the work benefits from distinct specialist or review lanes. A simple request stays with one Agent or Astra. An explicit request not to use a Team is always respected.
