You can run real outbound sales without burning your week on it.

How it runs

You tell Astra "I want to do outbound to founders of pre-seed B2B startups." She asks where to source the list, what your offer is, and how you want to handle replies. You answer, she briefs the team.

Riley builds the prospect list — pulls from LinkedIn searches, public funding announcements, and any sources you've connected. She enriches each lead with role, company stage, and a hook (something specific they posted, shipped, or raised). She drops a list of 50 in front of you for approval.

Jordan writes the outreach. The first email is short and personal, referencing the hook Riley found. Variant B and C test different angles. He shows you three templates and waits for your pick before sending anything.

You approve, Jordan sends through your connected email. He spaces sends across the day so it looks like a person, not a blast. Replies come back into a thread Astra surfaces in chat.

When someone replies positive, Jordan drafts the next message and tags you. If they want a call, he checks your calendar and proposes times. If they're a no, he marks the lead and moves on.

Friday, Harper pulls the numbers: open rate, reply rate, meetings booked, what hooks landed. Next week's list is informed by what worked.

Once it's running

You stay in the loop on real conversations. The team handles the volume work — sourcing, drafting, sending, follow-up cadence. You close.
