You can set the team up to ship content on a steady weekly rhythm.

How it runs

You tell Astra "I want to ship one blog post, three LinkedIn posts, and one X thread every week." She asks for the topic source — do you bring topics each week, or should the team draft a backlog and run from it. You answer, she sets the cadence.

Monday morning, Astra opens a planning thread. If you're bringing topics, she asks for the week's pick. If the team is running from a backlog, Riley shows the next three options and you pick one.

Tuesday, Casey drafts the blog post and the social posts together so the messaging is consistent. Sage tunes the blog for search.

Wednesday, you review and approve. Sage publishes the blog. Casey schedules the social posts to drop across the week — two LinkedIn posts midweek, the X thread Thursday morning, the third LinkedIn post Friday.

Friday end-of-day, Harper pulls the numbers — what landed, what didn't, what's worth doubling down on next week. Astra summarizes for you in a Friday wrap-up.

Once it's running

The cadence becomes invisible. You spend 30 minutes a week giving direction and reviewing drafts. The team handles the rest. If you want to dial it up or down, just tell Astra — "let's go to two blog posts a week" or "pause the X thread for a month."
