Credits in your workspace wallet fall into two categories, and only one of them ever expires.

Monthly budget credits — no expiration while subscribed

The credits that land each month as part of your usage budget stay in your wallet as long as you remain subscribed. Unused credits roll over from month to month — there is no "use it or lose it" within a billing cycle.

Manual top-up credits — no expiration ever

Credits you add through a one-time top-up have no expiration date. They sit on the balance until the team uses them, even if you take a break for months.

How credits are spent

When a task runs, the system spends credits that would otherwise expire first, then draws from the rest. This protects your balance automatically.

Where to see the details

Settings > Billing shows your current balance. Top-up credits and budget credits are displayed separately.

On cancellation

If you cancel your subscription, any remaining budget credits stay usable through the end of the paid cycle. After that, only top-up credits remain on the balance.

For what happens when credits run out, see the out-of-credits guide. For how to add funds, see the top-up guide.
