Wallet credit grants (compensation, support recovery, retention bonuses) are reviewed and applied by the Tycoon operator — they are not self-serve and Astra cannot apply them directly.
How it works
Tell Astra you want to grant credit to a user, with their email address, the amount in USD, and a short reason. Astra logs the request to the operator immediately. The operator reviews it and applies the credit; both wallets' transaction logs show the result with timestamps and labels once applied.
What you need
The recipient must have a Tycoon account tied to the email address you provide. You'll hear back once the grant is applied or if the operator needs more detail.
Where to see the result
Open Billing to see your transaction log. The recipient sees the incoming credit in their own Wallet ledger.
