How do I give wallet credit to another user?

You can add wallet credit to another Tycoon user's Company Wallet by providing their email address. The credit is drawn from your own wallet and lands in theirs immediately. This is useful for compensating team members, issuing credits for support recovery, or sending retention bonuses.

How it works

Tell Astra you want to give credit to a user. Provide the recipient's email address and the amount in USD. Astra deducts the amount from your Company Wallet and credits the recipient's wallet. Both transactions appear in your respective Wallet transaction logs with timestamps and labels.

What you need

The recipient must have a Tycoon account tied to the email address you provide. If the email is not associated with an active account, the transfer cannot complete — Astra will let you know. You need sufficient balance in your own wallet to cover the transfer amount.

Where to see the transfer

Open Settings → Wallet to see the deduction in your transaction log. The recipient sees the incoming credit in their own Wallet ledger. Each entry is timestamped and labeled so both parties have a clear audit trail.

For managing your own wallet balance, see the top-up and auto top-up guides.
