Connecting Gmail lets the team draft, send, and read email from your address.

What it does

Once Gmail is connected, Jordan can draft cold outreach and send it from you. Harper can scan support replies and summarize what customers are asking. Astra can pull threads with specific people and brief you before a meeting. The team typically shows you a draft before anything goes out unless you've explicitly told them to send directly.

How to set it up

Open workspace settings, find Integrations, and click Connect Gmail. You'll be sent to Google to approve. Pick the Gmail account you want to grant — make sure it's the right one if you have multiple. Approve, and Gmail shows as connected.

What you'll need

A Gmail or Google Workspace account. If you're on Workspace and your admin restricts third-party apps, you may need them to approve the connection first.

Once it's connected

Ask things like "Jordan, draft a follow-up to the five leads who didn't reply last week" or "Harper, what are customers complaining about this month?" The team handles the inbox work and surfaces what matters.
