What you see
A single conversation arc in your CEO chat panel. As the work moves, multiple teammates appear in the same panel — Riley with research, Casey with the draft, Sage with the SEO pass — and each step turns into a Task Card you can open from the chat. Each draft becomes an Asset visible in the Assets panel.
How to use it
- In the CEO chat, tell Astra: "I want to publish a post about X this week." She talks the angle back to confirm.
- Riley appears in the panel with a one-page research brief. Skim it, approve the angle in chat.
- Casey appears with a draft written in your voice. Read it on her Task Card. Drop inline notes in the thread.
- Sage appears next, tunes title / meta / headers / internal links for search, flags anything that needs your input.
- Read the final draft on the Task Card, type "Approve" in the thread, and Sage publishes it through your connected CMS / repo / Notion.
- Casey schedules the social distribution (LinkedIn, X thread, newsletter snippet). You'll see those as small follow-up cards.
How the team coordinates around this
Every hand-off is visible in the chat panel — you scroll back to see the full arc. Want it as a recurring rhythm? Tell Astra "let's publish two posts a week" and give her the topics each Monday.
