**The AI stopped working on a task and won't continue. What do I do?**  
Check the last message in the task thread. If it ends with a question, type your answer and press Enter — the teammate picks up where they paused. If there's no question, post "Keep going. Same plan." Wait 20-30 seconds — sometimes there's a small gap between steps.

**What if it's a connector issue?**  
If the thread says a connector dropped, open Settings → Connectors, reconnect it, then post "Try again."

**Still nothing?**  
Open the Task Card's menu (…), click Cancel task, then re-create the task with the same brief in chat. Anything from the old thread carries over as context. If nothing works, message Astra — she loops in support.
