**What can Dev build?**

Dev (the AI CTO) builds and ships landing pages, full web apps (React/Next.js/Vue with auth, databases, payments), static sites, dashboards, internal tools, REST/tRPC APIs, webhooks, background jobs, and integrations with Stripe, GitHub, Slack, Telegram, and email.

**Does Dev do mobile?**

Limited support — mobile-friendly web apps and Progressive Web Apps. Native iOS/Android binaries are not in scope today.

**What doesn't Dev build?**

Hardware firmware, native game engines (Unity/Unreal), or anything needing manual platform certification (App Store reviews, FDA approval). Dev can write the code but certification is on you. Every shipped project comes with a live URL.
