What you see
Content tasks go to Casey (Head of Content). You don't have to ask for her by name; Astra brings her into your CEO chat panel when you describe writing work.
The handoff in chat
When the work moves, Casey's avatar appears in your chat thread alongside Astra's bridge message ("Bringing Casey in to draft the launch post"). A Task Card opens with her name on it, and the draft lands on the card as an Asset you can read inline and comment on.
How to use it
- In the CEO chat, describe what you want written. Examples:
- "Write a blog post on [topic]."
- "Rewrite our pricing page."
- "Draft this week's newsletter."
- "I need landing page copy for [audience]."
- Open the Task Card to read the draft. Drop inline notes in the thread.
What you'll get back
A finished piece, not an outline. Blog posts come ready to publish with title options and meta description. Landing pages come with full structure (hero, social proof, FAQ, CTA). Newsletters come scheduled-ready.
How the team coordinates around this
When SEO targeting is needed, Sage appears in the same Task Card thread first with a brief — Casey writes against it. For short ad copy, Astra brings Jordan in instead. For legal copy on the site, Harper drafts and Casey polishes.
