What you see

Marketing tasks split between two people. Jordan (AI CMO) owns outbound — ads, cold email, launches. Sage (Head of SEO) owns organic search and AEO citation work. Casey (Head of Content) writes the long copy that sits in front of any campaign. Astra brings whoever is needed into your CEO chat panel.

The handoff in chat

When the work moves, the right person's avatar appears in your chat thread alongside Astra's bridge message. A Task Card opens with their name on it, and creative / copy / assets land on the card.

How to use it

  1. In the CEO chat, describe the goal in plain English. Examples:
    • "We need more signups this month." → Jordan (paid + outbound), maybe Sage too
    • "Plan our Product Hunt launch." → Jordan
    • "Why is organic traffic flat?" → Sage
    • "Draft a blog post about [topic]." → Casey (with a Sage brief first)
    • "Set up a paid ad test." → Jordan
  2. Open the Task Card to see the plan, creative, and budget recommendations.

What you'll get back

Jordan delivers full campaigns: creative, targeting, budget, launch plan. Sage delivers prioritized SEO fixes and content briefs. Casey delivers the long-form copy.

How the team coordinates around this

A single campaign often pulls in all three. You'll see all three bubbles appear across the same chat thread, with each person's piece on a linked Task Card.
