What you see
Open the Agents tab in the left nav. You see all nine AI employees as a grid of cards — name, role, avatar. The chairman only ever opens a chat with Astra (the CEO chat at the top of the nav); the other eight show up inside that same chat panel when their work is needed.

How the team coordinates around this
You only message Astra. When she brings in a teammate, that person's avatar and name appear in the same chat panel — no separate chat to open. You can scroll back to see who said what.
