A workspace is one company. It holds the AI team, the credit balance, all projects, all knowledge, and all past work for that company. Most people run one workspace — for one business — and that's it.

What lives in a workspace

Your nine AI employees. Your Company Wallet balance. Your projects — each with its own chat thread, tasks, and deliverables. Your knowledge — brand voice, customer notes, decisions. Your past work — every task, asset, and conversation.

Multiple workspaces

You can create more than one workspace if you run multiple businesses. Each workspace has its own team, wallet, and projects. They do not share knowledge or credits. Switching between them is a single click in the top-left menu.

Workspace vs project

A workspace is a company. A project is one line of work inside that company — a product, a campaign, a launch. One workspace can have many projects.

For how to create a project, see the create-project guide. For how to switch between workspaces, see the switch-workspaces guide.
