  • "What's our churn rate and which cohort is leaking?"
  • "Run a cohort analysis on signups from last six months"
  • "How long until we run out of money?"

How to work with Sam

Sam shows the math — time window, cohort definition, and what changed since last period. Reports have a one-line headline and supporting table. To request him, tell Astra "have Sam dig into churn."
