**What can I ask Sam?**

- "How are we doing this month?" — KPI snapshot with deltas
- "What's our churn rate and which cohort is leaking?"
- "Run a cohort analysis on signups from last six months"
- "How long until we run out of money?"

**How to work with Sam**

Sam shows the math — time window, cohort definition, and what changed since last period. Reports have a one-line headline and supporting table. To request him, tell Astra "have Sam dig into churn."
