What you see
Two surfaces. The CEO chat panel (top of the left nav) is your conversation with Astra. Every other teammate lives on the Task Card they're working on — open it from the feed or the Tasks tab to see the thread, the owner's avatar, and a reply box at the bottom.
How to use it
- To talk to Astra: open the CEO chat in the left nav. Type. Press Enter.
- To talk to a specific teammate: open their Task Card from the feed or Tasks tab.
- Type your message in the reply box at the bottom of the thread. Press Enter.
- The owner sees it instantly and replies in the same thread.
Use the Task Card thread when
- You want to tweak the brief mid-flight ("actually make it longer").
- You want to give specific feedback on a draft they posted.
- You want to ask how they're approaching the work.
Use the CEO chat with Astra when
- You're starting a new piece of work — Astra brings in the right teammate.
- You want a strategic conversation, not a task-level edit.
How the team coordinates around this
Astra watches every active task. You don't need to copy her in on a task thread — if something needs her attention, she steps into that thread herself. Once a teammate updates the work, the new version lands in the same thread, ready for you to approve or ask for another revision.
