A workspace can have more than one human chairman. Inviting a teammate gives them their own login but the same shared AI team and credit balance.
How to send an invite
- Go to Settings → Team in the workspace you want to share.
- Click Invite teammate and enter their email address.
- Pick a role — chairman (full access) or viewer (read-only).
- Send the invite.
The teammate receives an email with a sign-in link. Once they accept, they appear in the team list and can chat with Astra and dispatch tasks just like the original chairman.
What teammates share
- The same AI employees and their memory of past work
- The same task history, deliverables, and chat threads
- The same credit balance — every action draws from the shared wallet
- The same connected integrations
What teammates do not share
- Personal login credentials and 2FA settings
- Personal notification preferences
- Access to other workspaces they're not part of
Removing a teammate
In Settings → Team, click the menu next to their name and choose Remove. They lose access immediately, but all the work they dispatched stays in the workspace.
