What you see

Open the Task Card. The status pill shows In progress, but it's been there much longer than the rough estimates in the response-times reference, and the thread isn't getting new messages.

How to use it

  1. Open the Task Card and scroll to the bottom of the thread — look for a question from the owner that's waiting on your reply.
  2. If you see one, type your answer in the reply box and press Enter. They resume.
  3. Open Settings → Connectors. If anything the task needs shows Disconnected, reconnect it, then post "Try again now" in the thread.
  4. If nothing in the thread suggests a block and the card has been sitting for 2x the rough estimate, post "Are you stuck? Give me a status." The owner replies with what's blocking.
  5. Still no reply after a few minutes? Open the menu in the Task Card header, click Cancel task, then create a fresh task in the CEO chat with a slightly clearer brief.
  6. If none of this works, message Astra in the CEO chat — she loops in support.

How the team coordinates around this

Astra watches the feed too. If she notices a Task Card has been frozen too long, she'll proactively message you in the CEO chat panel asking what you want to do.
