What does a typical week look like?
A supporting Routine wakes the same content Task on Monday and adds the week's plan as evidence. Astra coordinates numbered child Tasks for Casey, Sage, and any other specialist, summarizes their progress at the parent, and asks you only when a real review or publishing decision needs you. Friday's results feed the same Task's next evaluation.
Can I adjust the cadence later?
