Open the feed and scroll back, or open a project's task list to see everything that ran inside it. Both are searchable and filterable.

Three ways to find a past task

  • Feed — reverse-chronological across the whole workspace, good for "what happened recently"
  • Project task list — everything that ran inside one project, good for "what have we shipped on the SaaS"
  • Team member view — open someone on the roster to see only their tasks, good for "what has Casey written this month"

Filtering

By status (done, failed, cancelled, in progress), by date range, by owner. Combine filters to narrow down — done tasks by Sage in the last 30 days, for example.

What you see on each card

  • Title and brief
  • Owner
  • State and timestamps
  • Cost in credits
  • The deliverable (linked or embedded)
  • The full task thread

How long history sticks around

Indefinitely. Tasks don't auto-expire. The chairman can scroll back to month one. For exact retention behavior, see the data retention reference.

Searching

The search box at the top of the feed matches task titles, briefs, and deliverable contents. Search is workspace-wide; filter by project to scope it.

For what counts as a task, see the task reference.
