Every dollar your AI team spends comes from your Company Wallet credit. Here is exactly what draws from the wallet and what doesn't.
What costs money
Every Task the team executes draws from the wallet proportional to the work involved — research, writing, coding, design, video. Chat replies from Astra cost fractions of a cent per reply. Routine runs such as the morning brief and recurring reports also cost according to the work performed. Work keeps the user-facing Task compact; detailed run and spend evidence remains attached to the same Task for Astra and internal audit.
If you use Tyny-hosted infrastructure, it is also charged from the Company Wallet: Database + Drive storage is $3 per 1 GB used, hosted login is $5 per month when enabled, and each deployed custom domain is $15.99 per domain when connected and renewed every 30 days.
What doesn't cost money
Reading dashboards, opening past Tasks, browsing assets, and receiving notifications are free. Chatting with Astra costs a fraction of a cent per reply. Inviting teammates, managing settings, and organizing Tasks cost nothing. Failed login attempts, password resets, and account management are free.
How to see your charges
Billing shows rolling spend by day and category. For a Task-specific breakdown, ask Astra with the Task number; internal run and spend traces remain attached to the same Task for audit.
Setting a monthly cap
You can set a monthly spend cap in Billing. When the cap is reached, new tasks pause until you lift the cap or the next billing cycle begins. Already-running tasks finish.
