How do I reset my password?
Go to the sign-in page, click Forgot password, enter the email on your account, and check your inbox. The reset email usually arrives within a minute. Click the link and pick a new password.
What if I don't get the reset email?
Check your spam folder. Confirm you typed the email correctly. Make sure mail from Tycoon's send domain isn't filtered or blocked. If none of those work, contact support.
What if I remember my current password?
You don't need to reset. Go to Settings > Account > Security > Change password, enter your current password and the new one, and save.
What are the password requirements?
A reasonable minimum length. Common or easy-to-guess passwords are discouraged. A password manager generating a long random string is the easiest approach.
What if I have 2FA enabled?
The reset flow works the same way, but after picking a new password you'll also need a current 2FA code or recovery code to complete sign-in.
What happens after a reset?
All other active sessions are signed out automatically. You'll need to sign in fresh on every device.
