How do I know my task is stuck?
The status shows "In progress" but it's been there much longer than expected and the thread isn't getting new messages. Or the status shows "Blocked" / "Paused" — the team is waiting on you.
What should I check first?
If status is Blocked or Paused, open the task and read the highlight above the reply box. Blocked tasks show the latest question; answer there and Astra continues. Credit-paused tasks ask you to top up the wallet, then continue automatically. Other paused tasks continue when you post a short note such as "continue."
What if no one asked a question?
Check Tools > Connectors. If anything the task needs shows Disconnected, reconnect it, then post "Try again now" in the thread.
What if there's no visible block but it's still slow?
If the task has been running for 2x the usual estimate, post "Are you stuck? Give me a status." The owner replies with what's blocking.
What if I still don't get a reply?
Post a clearer instruction in the task thread, or tell Astra in chat to stop the task and create a fresh one. If none of this works, message Astra and she'll loop in support.
