The AI gave me a wrong answer. What do I do?
Reply in the same task thread and tell the teammate exactly what's wrong. Say "The Q3 number should be X, not Y, because [reason]." Point to the source they should have used — "Use the Stripe data, not what you remember."
Why does this happen?
Usually because a key detail was implied instead of explicit, the teammate used general knowledge when they should have used a specific source, or you were using the same word for different things.
What if it keeps happening?
Ask for a redo with your correction — the teammate retries in the same thread with your note as context. If the same error pattern repeats across tasks, tell Astra so she can adjust how the team approaches that work. If nothing works, message Astra and she'll loop in support.
