How do I teach the team about my business?
Open the workspace knowledge panel and either type a note, paste a doc, or upload a file. Astra reads it immediately and the team starts using it on the next task. You can also just tell Astra in chat — "from now on, never mention competitor X by name" — and she records it as knowledge.
What should I add first?
Brand voice notes (a sentence or two), who you sell to and what they care about, what's free vs paid in your product, and a few decisions you don't want to re-explain.
What should I skip?
Secrets like API keys and passwords (those go in integration settings) and one-off task instructions (those belong in the task brief). Knowledge is sticky, so don't add anything you might want the team to forget later. You can edit or delete knowledge from the panel anytime.
