Open the feed and scroll back, or open a project's task list to see everything that ran inside it. Both are searchable and filterable.

**Three ways to find a past task**

- **Feed** — reverse-chronological across the whole workspace, good for "what happened recently"
- **Project task list** — everything that ran inside one project, good for "what have we shipped on the SaaS"
- **Team member view** — open someone on the roster to see only their tasks, good for "what has Casey written this month"

**Filtering**

By status (done, failed, cancelled, in progress), by date range, by owner. Combine filters to narrow down — done tasks by Sage in the last 30 days, for example.

**What you see on each card**

- Title and brief
- Owner
- State and timestamps
- Cost in credits
- The deliverable (linked or embedded)
- The full task thread

**How long history sticks around**

Indefinitely. Tasks don't auto-expire. The chairman can scroll back to month one. For exact retention behavior, see the data retention reference.

**Searching**

The search box at the top of the feed matches task titles, briefs, and deliverable contents. Search is workspace-wide; filter by project to scope it.

For what counts as a task, see the task reference.
