Every document, artifact, and task thread has a Share menu. It gives you three ways to show your work, from most private to most public.
Share with your team
Copy secure link gives you a link that works for workspace members only — paste it in chat or email and teammates open it signed in. Nothing becomes visible to anyone outside the workspace.
Invite someone specific
Invite people (in the same Share menu) sends an email invite to one person. They sign in and see only the item you shared — nothing else in your workspace. On documents and artifacts they can view; on task threads they can also reply. You can revoke access anytime from the same menu, and you'll see everyone you've invited under Settings → Members → Guests, where one click invites a guest to join the team properly.
Publish publicly
Publish publicly puts a document on a public URL (your custom domain if you've connected one). Anyone on the internet can read it — use it for pages that are meant to be public, never for internal material. Artifacts built by your team already have a live URL you can share the same way.
Downloads
The Share menu also exports documents as PDF, Word, or Excel when you need a file instead of a link.
