AI stopped mid-task

The AI stopped working on a Task and will not continue. What do I do? Check its card on the Tasks board. The board shows each Task in exactly one lane: Needs human (a person owns the next move), Active (Tycoon Agent or an agent owns executable work or recovery), Waiting (a named time, signal, dependency, or pause owns the next move), and Done (accepted result). These lanes are a read-only projection, not persisted Task statuses. A Task in Active may be queued or under recovery, not necessarily running right now. A Task in Waiting always has a named condition — read what it says will wake it.

What if it's a connector issue?

If a Task or Tycoon Agent names a connector problem, open Integrations, reconnect the connector, then open the Task and tell Tycoon Agent "Try again."

Still nothing?

Open the Task and ask Tycoon Agent for its latest verified evidence, remaining gap, and next step. If Tycoon Agent truly needs an answer, approval, credential, or payment, one live Needs you request appears on the parent Task, naming the exact person and action. Otherwise she should diagnose, resume, wait for the named condition, or honestly record why she cannot proceed — without asking you to manage child work.

Once it resumes, if the result is wrong or off-target, see AI gave a wrong answer or AI misunderstood my request.
