If a computer is paired with your workspace as a local Agent, the Claude Code or Codex session you already code in can talk to Tycoon Agent directly. Ask about company work — tasks, docs, decisions, who owns what — without leaving the editor. Answers continue your own Tycoon Agent conversation, so the same thread is visible in the web app and your other channels.
How do I set it up?
- Open the Setup page of the Agent that runs on your computer.
- Not paired yet? Click "Create pairing command" and run both commands it shows — Step 1 pairs the computer, Step 2 connects your coding session.
- Already paired? Find the "Ask Tycoon Agent from this computer" card, click "Create Tycoon Agent command", and run it once in your terminal.
From then on your coding assistant has an ask_astra tool. Just ask it things like "ask Tycoon Agent which tasks are open this week."
Billing and safety
Questions asked this way use your workspace's normal credits, exactly like talking to Tycoon Agent in the web app, Slack, or Telegram. If the workspace is out of credits, Tycoon Agent says so instead of answering. The connection can only speak as the person who paired the machine, in that workspace — it cannot touch billing, credentials, or email.
