What is Skills? Skills are reusable instructions that guide how Astra and your agents work. Your company has its own Skills section in the Library, separate from Handbook memory and Docs. Skills let you define exactly how tyny should handle specialized workflows specific to your company.

How do I use it?

Open Library and go to Skills. Use Add Skill to open Astra with a starter prompt. Give Astra a GitHub link, document, file, or pasted SOP, and she will turn it into the right workspace-private skill. Skills you create are private to your company and fully isolated from other users.

To review a skill, open it in the unified preview: the skill body on the right, a conversation composer on the left. Leaving a note there asks Astra to change that skill through a review Task.

What do I need?

A tyny account with an active company and the source you want Astra to turn into a reusable workflow: a link, document, file, or written SOP.
