You can cancel your subscription anytime from workspace settings. There is no retention flow, no friction, and no "are you sure" loop beyond a single confirmation.
How to cancel
Go to Settings > Billing, find the Current plan section, and click Cancel subscription. Confirm once. That is it.
What happens after cancellation
The cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You keep full access until that date — no immediate downgrade, no clawback of credits already in the wallet.
What happens to your credits
Credits already in the wallet remain usable through the paid period. After the cycle ends, no new plan credits are issued. Any leftover plan credits stay through the end of the paid period. Top-up credits stay on the balance separately.
The workspace itself stays open after cancellation and falls back to pay-as-you-go. You can keep working as long as the wallet has balance, then top up manually as needed.
Reactivating
A cancelled subscription can be re-enabled from the same Billing screen at any time before the cycle ends. After the cycle ends, pick a plan from scratch.
Refunds
Subscriptions are not pro-rated on cancellation. You keep access through the period you already paid for, but no partial refund is issued for unused time.
