What happens when my wallet hits zero?
New tasks that cost credits pause. Background routines pause too. But you can still chat with Astra, browse past work, view dashboards, and manage settings. Nothing is deleted.
How do I resume work?
Add funds by topping up from Settings > Wallet, or subscribe to a monthly plan. Work resumes immediately once the balance is positive. Completed work, chat history, and team knowledge remain fully accessible.
How do I prevent this from happening?
Auto top-up is on by default — it adds $25 when the balance drops below $5. You can adjust or disable this in Settings > Wallet.
