When your Company Wallet balance drops to zero, the team pauses any work that costs credits. You are not locked out, and nothing is deleted.
What pauses
Tasks that need the team to draw from the wallet stop and move to Paused state. Scheduled background tasks wait for the next billing cycle or for you to top up. Astra also surfaces a "Need Human" callout in the CEO chat listing every task that's waiting on funds.
What keeps working
You can still chat with Astra, browse past tasks and assets, view dashboards, and manage settings. Completed work, chat history, and the team's Notes remain fully accessible.
How to resume work after topping up
Add funds in Settings → Billing, or from the Top up CTA in the task highlight. Once your balance is positive, credit-paused tasks continue automatically. No data is lost and no setup is repeated.
Auto top-up
If auto top-up is enabled in Settings → Billing, the wallet adds $25 when the balance drops below the threshold you set. The default threshold is $10, so work rarely pauses unexpectedly. You can adjust the threshold or turn auto top-up off any time.
