How it calculates
The system tracks time you spend directing the team and estimates the human-equivalent hours for completed work <!--fact:f_pr_158_v_1-->. Your leverage is the ratio between what the team delivered and what you invested. The calculation runs weekly, so you see your current week's performance plus a daily bar chart showing the trend.
Efficiency leaderboard
Tap the leverage display to open a cross-company efficiency leaderboard where you can see how your productivity compares to other users <!--fact:f_pr_158_v_1-->. The leaderboard is opt-in — you control whether your metrics appear to others. Rankings update daily and show verified performance ranges across the platform.
What counts as leverage
The metric includes all completed work from your AI team members — research, analysis, content creation, and task execution <!--fact:f_pr_158_v_1-->. Time you spend reviewing, directing, or collaborating with the team counts toward your input hours. Work that gets rejected or requires significant rework may be weighted differently in future updates.
