What does connecting Discord do?
It lets the team post updates, monitor your community, and respond to members. Casey can post launch announcements to your server. Harper can read what people are talking about and surface themes. Astra can DM you when a member asks something that needs founder attention.
How do I set it up?
Open workspace settings, find Integrations, and click Connect Discord. You'll be sent to Discord to approve. Pick the server and channels the team can access. You need admin or Manage Server rights on the server.
What can I do once it's connected?
Try "Casey, post the v2 announcement to #launches" or "Harper, summarize the top three feature requests from #feedback this week." The team works inside your server like a teammate would.
