The AI stopped working on a task and won't continue. What do I do?
Open the task and read the highlight above the reply box. If the status is Blocked, answer the question there. If it is Paused for credits, top up the wallet and it continues automatically. If status is "In progress" but quiet, post "Keep going. Same plan." and wait 20-30 seconds — sometimes there's a small gap between steps.
What if it's a connector issue?
If the thread says a connector dropped, open Settings → Connectors, reconnect it, then post "Try again."
Still nothing?
Post a clearer next instruction in the task thread, or tell Astra to stop it and create a fresh task with the same brief. Anything from the old thread carries over as context. If nothing works, message Astra — she loops in support.
