What you're up against

You manage 5-15 niche sites and content production is the eternal bottleneck — writers are expensive and inconsistent
Keyword research at scale (finding 50 low-competition terms per site monthly) takes weeks; when it's done, the opportunity may already be picked over
Amazon Associates, Impact, PartnerStack, ShareASale payouts hit in 4 different dashboards — you can't tell which site is profitable without 2 hours of spreadsheet work
Google updates hit and you need to audit 400 pages across 10 sites; by the time you've done 50, the algorithm has updated again
Link building outreach for every site is a full-time job; you end up doing it for the biggest site and ignoring the tail
New affiliate program negotiation (asking for a better commission tier) never happens because you don't have time to build the case
Comment moderation, email list management, landing page testing — all the reader-facing work — dies when you're in production mode on content

How Tycoon helps

Content production at 5x volume without 5x writers

AI Head of Content produces first drafts that match your site's style, voice, and SEO patterns. You shift from 'writing' to 'editing and approving.' A site that used to ship 4 posts a month ships 16. Across a 10-site portfolio, that's 160 vs 40 posts/month — enough volume to actually move search rankings. Each draft is grounded in your specific keyword research, not generic AI slop.

Keyword research that finds 500 opportunities a month

AI Data Analyst pulls GSC, Ahrefs, and keyword research tools daily. For each site, it surfaces: rising keywords in your niche, low-difficulty long-tail terms with real volume, competitor pages ranking for terms you don't cover, and content gaps where your existing pages are close to top 10 and need refresh. You stop finding opportunities manually; they arrive in your weekly briefing.

Portfolio P&L in one place

AI Data Analyst connects to Amazon, Impact, PartnerStack, ShareASale, and direct merchant dashboards. Weekly P&L by site: traffic, clicks, conversions, EPC, net commission, YoY. The 2-hour spreadsheet work becomes a dashboard. You cut the worst-performing sites, double down on the winners, and negotiate better rates with the merchants driving real volume.

Link building runs as a real program

AI Sales Rep runs outreach for every site on a weekly cadence: HARO responses, broken link opportunities, resource page outreach, guest post pitches, podcast pitch emails. Each outreach is personalized (editor's recent work, site's niche, what you're offering). Your strongest sites get 20-30 outreach emails/week continuously; the tail sites get 5-10. No site goes dark on link building because you got busy.

Google update response in hours, not weeks

When a core update hits, AI Data Analyst runs the impact analysis across your portfolio within 2 hours: which pages lost rankings, which competitors gained, correlation patterns (short thin pages? pages without author bylines? pages with missing schema?). AI Head of Content then auto-generates an update plan (pages to refresh, add schema to, bulk up, or sunset). You execute in days instead of learning about the update two weeks late.

Frequently asked questions

Won't Google penalize AI-generated affiliate content?

Google penalizes low-quality, unhelpful content — AI or not. The March 2024 helpful content update (and every update since) has hit both human-written and AI-written thin affiliate pages. What survives is content with genuine expertise, original data, and a useful point of view. Tycoon's AI Head of Content drafts are the starting point, not the finished product; your editing, original testing photos, and experience are the differentiator. Sites that treat Tycoon as 'hit publish on whatever it outputs' get hit. Sites that treat it as '10x the draft capacity, still apply our own expertise' grow through updates.

How does this compare to Koala AI, Content at Scale, or Jasper?

Those are content generators — you feed a keyword, get a draft. Tycoon is a team that owns the whole operation end-to-end: keyword research, draft production, editing queue, publishing workflow, monitoring rankings after publish, catching decay, refreshing old content, outreach for backlinks. A content generator is one step of the pipeline; Tycoon runs the pipeline. Most affiliate marketers who've tried Koala etc. still find Tycoon valuable because the hardest work isn't generating the draft — it's running the system around it.

I run 3 niche sites at $15K/mo combined. Is this priced for me?

Yes. The typical affiliate marketer at $15-50K/mo finds Tycoon pays for itself in one of two ways: (1) they ship 3-5x more content, which on a 6-month lag translates to 50-100% more traffic and revenue; (2) they spin up 2-3 new niche sites they wouldn't have had bandwidth for, each reaching $2-5K/mo within a year. The cost is comparable to hiring one offshore writer — but a writer can't do keyword research, P&L analysis, and link building simultaneously. The ROI usually shows in month 4-6 as the content compounds.

What about regulated niches — YMYL (finance, health, legal)?

For YMYL niches you need to be extra strict: every page needs an author with credentials, citations to primary sources, fact-check review before publish, and schema markup (Person, MedicalEntity, etc.). Tycoon handles the structural part (schema, citations, author metadata), but the expert review step must be a human with real credentials — you or a contracted expert. If you're running YMYL sites without expert review, you'll get wrecked by updates whether you use AI or not. Tycoon makes the scaffolding of YMYL content more sustainable; it doesn't substitute for expertise.

Can it handle paid/performance marketing too (ads, not just SEO)?

Partially. For the content/landing page side (landing page variants, ad copy drafts, A/B test reports) yes. For actual media buying — adjusting bids, budget allocation across campaigns, audience targeting — you'd still want a dedicated paid tool like Revealbot or custom scripts. Tycoon integrates with Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads for reporting; it doesn't replace the bid management layer. Most affiliate marketers use Tycoon for the SEO + content side and a specialist tool for paid campaigns.
