Clear answers about wallet credit, usage, subscriptions, and how Tycoon charges for work.
Isn't AI-written cold email exactly the spam Google and Outlook are trying to kill?
The spam filters target template detection, sending-pattern anomalies, and missing auth. Tycoon's AI Sales Rep writes every email fresh (no template fingerprint), sends at human cadence from your warmed domain with proper SPF/DKIM/DMARC, and stops sequences when recipients ignore or unsubscribe. Delivery rates match or exceed human-sent outbound because the AI doesn't make the mistakes humans make — forgotten unsubscribe, too-fast sending, identical body text. What dies under modern filters is Apollo-default templates; what survives is personalized, paced, authenticated outreach.
What about regulations — CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc?
The AI Sales Rep is configured to comply by default: physical address in every email footer, unsubscribe link, honors DNS (Do Not Sell) flags, and enforces a 90-day cooldown after a negative reply or unsubscribe. For EU prospects, GDPR legitimate-interest outbound is allowed only with explicit B2B use case and clear opt-out; the AI flags EU prospects differently and uses shorter, lower-volume sequences. You can tighten these rules per workspace — some founders require double-opt-in even for B2B to be safe.
How is this different from Smartlead, Lemlist, or Apollo's AI features?
Those tools execute sequences you've designed. Tycoon's AI Sales Rep owns the outcome. If reply rates drop, it changes the subject line. If a specific persona doesn't respond, it rewrites the hook. If Gmail starts flagging a template, it rotates. You give it a goal ('book 5 demos/week with Claude Code integrators') and it figures out how. Smartlead and Lemlist are the rails; Tycoon is the driver.
Does it handle complex enterprise sales cycles?
The cold-to-demo portion: yes. The deep enterprise cycle (multi-threaded, procurement, security review, contract redlines): partially — the AI Sales Rep keeps the deal warm with follow-ups, drafts your replies to stakeholders, and tracks the status, but the actual negotiation and demos are human work. For <$50K ACV deals the AI can close entirely via email + checkout. For $50K+ you'll still jump on calls; the AI makes sure the deal doesn't stall between them.
What reply rate should I actually expect?
5-15% reply rate for well-targeted, per-prospect-researched cold emails at human cadence — the ceiling AI enables. 1-3% for generic template blasts, which is what most tools produce and why cold email gets a bad reputation. Positive reply rate (interested, not just "remove me") is typically half the total reply rate. Meetings-booked rate hovers around 10-20% of positive replies. Plug those into your ACV math to see if the channel pencils out before investing.
