What do I get at signup?
A free credit balance is added to your new workspace. The amount is shown on the welcome screen and in Billing. It lets you try real work — chatting with Tycoon Agent, dispatching a few starter tasks, and exploring what the team can build.
Do I need a credit card to start?
You can sign up, create a workspace, and use the free credits without putting a card on file. A payment method is only needed when you want to add more credits or subscribe to a plan.
What happens when my free credits run out?
Work that needs credits to run will pause, and you will be prompted to top up or subscribe. Your already-completed work, chat history, and Library docs remain safe and untouched.
Do my free credits expire?
Credits you receive do not expire, so there is no pressure to use them by a certain date. Any remaining balance carries forward as long as your account stays active.
Will I be automatically converted to a paid plan?
There is no silent conversion from free to paid. A subscription starts only when you explicitly pick a plan and confirm a payment method. You will never get a surprise charge from doing nothing.
