How do I update my payment method?
Go to Billing and find the Payment method section. Click Update and enter the new card details. The change takes effect immediately for future charges. Any existing subscriptions or auto top-up settings remain unchanged.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We do not accept debit cards that require PIN verification, cash, wire transfers, or cryptocurrency.
What happens if a payment fails?
If a payment fails, we retry automatically. If the charge still doesn't go through, we notify you by email. If your workspace is paused due to a billing issue, work resumes automatically once the payment method is updated and the payment succeeds.
