The chairman owns the work. Tycoon supports exporting the workspace's content so it can be kept locally or moved elsewhere.
What can be exported
- Deliverables and assets — generated documents, designs, code, data files. Each can also be downloaded individually from the asset view; bulk export grabs them all at once.
- Task history — a structured record of every task, including the description, the team's plan, the result, and the cost.
- Chat history — conversations with Astra and the team, with timestamps and which AI employee said what.
How to export
- Go to Settings → Workspace.
- Find the Export data section.
- Pick what to include (assets, tasks, chat, all).
- Click Request export.
Large workspaces take a few minutes. When the bundle is ready, the chairman gets a notification and a download link in the same screen. The link stays available for a limited window — download promptly.
Format
Deliverables are exported in their original format (the same files the team produced). Task and chat records are exported as structured text files that any text editor or document tool can open.
What is not exported
- The AI team's internal memory in a portable form (memory is workspace-specific by design)
- Connected integration credentials (these stay with the integration provider)
- Billing records (those live in Settings → Billing → Billing history and can be downloaded individually)
