How do I export my workspace data?
Go to Settings > Workspace, find the Export data section, pick what to include (assets, tasks, chat, or all), and click Request export. Large workspaces take a few minutes. You'll get a notification and a download link on the same screen when it's ready.
What gets exported?
Deliverables and assets in their original formats, task history with descriptions and costs, and chat history with timestamps. Each item can also be downloaded individually from its asset view.
What doesn't get exported?
The AI team's internal Notes (workspace-specific by design), integration credentials (those stay with the provider), and billing records (download those from Settings > Billing > Billing history).
What format is the export in?
Deliverables come in their original file formats. Task and chat records come as structured text files that any text editor or document tool can open.
