How do I connect X (Twitter)?
Open workspace settings, find Integrations, and click Connect X. You'll be sent to X to approve. Approve, and X shows as connected. If you also run a brand account separately from your personal one, you can connect both — pick which is the default for posts.
What does this let the team do?
Casey can write and post in your voice — single tweets, threads, replies. Harper can pull who's mentioning your product and what they're saying. Jordan can find prospects from people who engaged with your posts. The team can schedule for later, post immediately, or hold a draft for your review.
What do I need?
An X account. If you have a paid plan, the team can use longer post limits and other perks. On the free plan, expect standard length and rate limits.
